TÜBİTAK TEYDEB has launched the second call period for the 2025 cycle of its 1501 and 1507 support programmes, designed to accelerate the R&D and innovation activities of SMEs and industrial organisations.
Both programmes, focused on technology development, product improvement, and commercialisation, are now open for applications.
1501 - Industrial R&D Support Programme
This programme targets projects that aim to develop high-value-added products and technologies, and supports initiatives that provide a competitive advantage in international markets.
Maximum Grant Amount: No specific upper limit. Budgets are assessed on a project basis.
Project Duration: Up to 24 months (extensions up to 36 months may be granted if necessary).
Application Deadline: 29 September 2025
1507 - SME R&D Initial Support Programme
Tailored for SMEs that are either stepping into R&D for the first time or seeking to build new capacity, this special programme aims to foster a project development culture.
Maximum Grant Amount: TRY 3,000,000
Support Rate: 75%
Project Duration: 18 months
Application Deadline: 22 September 2025
Important Notes for Applicants
Before applying, the organisation must be registered in the PRODİS system. Enterprises that are not yet registered are strongly advised to complete this process early to avoid delays during the application period.
